A comprehensive guide for businesses, their accountants, financial advisers and lawyers was released by the Australian Financial Security Authority’s (AFSA) Chief Executive, Veronique Ingram.
Ms Ingram said that AFSA’s new guide focuses on increasing awareness of the personal property securities system among small businesses.
